    gw tinggal di bogor ... mau nyari tepung tang mien kok susah yee..?? pengen bikin dimsum sendiri.. isi macem2... hehehe... katanya memang tepung tu khusus ya? btw.. resepnya boleh di coba nii... thx

    tepung tanmin kk namanya
    itu tinggal dicampur air dingin aja kok
    ato kalo mao bikin dimsum jenis tertentu tepung nya bisa ditambah telur ato ragi/yeast

    kwoakowa maff bro sekedar info...tepung tang mi yen... itu harus di campur air panas bukan air dingin... -_-! mana bisa jadi justru itu dia di buat agar transparat bro...

    newbie mau nambahin resep dimsum ka amulet sedikit

    Dumpling Ayam
    Bahan Kulit:
    100 g tepung tang mien (dapat dibeli di toko makanan Cina)
    15 g tepung maizena
    1 sdt garam
    150 ml air mendidih
    2,5 sdm minyak goreng
    Isi:
    250 g daging ayam giling
    2 btr bawang merah, cincang halus
    6 sdm minyak goreng
    3 bh jamur hioko, cincang halus
    3 bh water chesnut, cincang halus
    100 g wortel, parut
    50 g kacang polong
    1/2 sdt gula
    1 sdt garam
    1 sdm kecap manis
    1/8 sdt jahe bubuk
    1 sdt maizena, cairkan dengan sedikit air
    Cara Membuat:
    Membuat isi: Tumis bawang merah hingga harum. Masukkan ayam, aduk hingga berubah warna. Tambahkan water chesnut, wortel, kacang polong, dan jamur. Setelah matang, kentalkan dengan maizena cair.
    Membuat kulit: Aduk tepung tang mien, maizena, dan garam. Seduh dengan air mendidih, aduk rata. Uleni sambil menambahkan minyak goreng sampai kalis. Diamkan adonan 15 menit. Giling tipis dan bentuk bulat diameter 6 cm.
    Ambil selembar adonan, masukkan isi lalu bentuk seperti bakpao.
    Kukus sampai matang. Angkat. Sajikan selagi hangat
