    RESEP SAMBAL BUMBU PECEL


    Bahan:
    250 ml air matang

    Haluskan:
    250 g kacang tanah, sangrai, kupas
    4 siung bawang putih
    2 buah cabai merah
    5 buah cabai rawit
    2 cm kencur
    3 lembar daun jeruk purut, iris halus
    1 sdt asam Jawa
    1/2 sdt terasi goreng
    25 g gula Jawa, sisir
    2 sdt garam

    Bahan:
    100 g cabai hijau besar, buang tangkainya
    5 butir bawang merah
    1 sdt garam
    1 sdm air jeruk nipis
    2 sdm minyak sayur
    3 buah tomat hijau, iris tipis
    1/2 sdt gula pasir
    50 g teri jengki/teri tawar, goreng

    RESEP SAMBAL NACHOS


    Bahan:
    2 sdm minyak sayur
    1 siung bawang putih, cincang halus
    50 g bawang Bombay, cincang halus
    250 g tomat merah, seduh air mendidih, kupas, cincang halus
    1/2 sdt garam
    1/2 sdt gula pasir
    1/2 sdt merica bubuk
    1 sdt tepung maizena, larutkan dengan sedikit air

    RESEP SAMBAL TERI JENGKI

    Bahan:
    3 sdm minyak sayur
    1 buah tomat merah, cincang kasar
    20 mata petai, kupas, biarkan utuh
    250 ml santan dari 1/4 butir kelapa kupas parut
    250 g teri jengki tawar, goreng kering
    1 sdm air jeruk nipis

    Bumbu, haluskan:
    7 buah cabai merah
    8 butir bawang merah
    2 siung bawang putih

    50 gr teri nasi, diseduh air panas mendidih
    10 buah cabe rawit
    4 buah jeruk nipis, dpotong kotak
    5 btr bawang merah
    6 tangkai daun kemangi, diambil daunnya
    2 buah tomat mengkal dipotong kotak2

    1,5 Tomat merah matang, ukuran sedang, potong per buah dibagi lima, tekan (saja) di ulekan jangan sampai hancur 4 butir bawang merah, haluskan 1/2 sdt perasan air jeruk nipis Garam secukupnya

    Sambal Pecel Lele:
    5 buah cabe merah besar, goreng
    10 buah cabe rawit, goreng
    2 buah tomat, goreng
    4 siung bawang putih, goreng
    2 siung bawang merah, goreng
    4 buah kemiri, goreng
    1 sdt air jeruk limau/nipis
    1 sdt garam

    Campur semua bahan sambal di dalam cobek, haluskan dengan ulekan hingga lembut.

    atauu

    cara membuat
    goreng terlebih dahulu bahan-bahan di bawah ini dengan minyak goreng
    tomat, cabai merah, terasi

    haluskan cabai merah terlebih dahulu bersama bawang putih dan merah yang telah dikupas bersama terasi.. setelah halus masukkan tomat haluskan lagi.. tambahkan garam dan gula plus sedikit jeruk nipis.. semoga bermanfaat..

    and 1 lagi menghaluskannya harus "secara kasar" biar rasanya lebih maknyuzzzz...

    Default Sambal Mangga Muda

    Sambal Mangga Muda



    Resep 1 :

    Bahan-bahan :

    1 buah mangga muda dikupas, serut kasar
    5 butir bawang merah, iris-iris tipis
    200 gr udang kecil, rebus dampai berubah warna, dikupas
    5 cabai rawit
    2 sdt gula pasir
    5 batang daun kemangi



    Haluskan :

    1 siung bawang putih
    1/2 sdt terasi
    1/4 sdt garam



    Cara Membuat :

    Campur mangga dengan cabai, bawang merah, gula, daun kemangi, udang dan bumbu halus, aduk rata.
    Biarkan terendam bumbu beberapa jam, sajikan.



    Resep 2 :

    Bahan-bahan :

    6 buah mangga muda
    15 buah bawang merah, iris-iris
    6 cabai merah kering, buang bijinya, iris-iris
    100 gr kismis
    8 sdm gula Jawa
    4 sdm minyak goreng
    3 cangkir air
    - garam secukupnya



    Cara Membuat :

    Mangga dikupas dan diiris sesuai selera. Cabai kering direndam.
    Panaskan minyak goreng. Tumis irisan bawang merah dan cabai.
    Tambahkan irisan mangga, gula Jawa, garam dan air. Aduk.
    Masukkan kismis halus. Tutup penggorengan, masak dengan api kecil selama 30 menit dengan sekali-sekali diaduk supaya tidak gosong.
    Buka tutup dan aduk-aduk lagi sampai mengental.

    mantep bgt nie,,gw keturunan jawa kalo makan ga pake sambel rasanya ga enak..
    tapi resepnya byk bgt..

    bingung nyoba yg mana..

    kira kira yg paling gampang bikinnya yg nama?
