If you have made posts in this subforum, you have agreed to all the rules that apply and
be willing to receive the sanctions that apply if you violate the rules below.
- Please read the IDWS Forum Rules dan Details for General Forum Rules and FAQ / Forum Tutorial Guide for basic foruming tutorial in Indowebster Forum.
- You are not allowed to make a post with following contents :
- Junk = Posts that are useless for other members to read.
- Spam = Posts that contain advertisements, abusive contents or such.
- Flaming / Bashing / Trolling = Offensive or provocative posts.
- SARA (Suku, Agama, Ras & Antar-Golongan) = Posts that contain discussion concerning race, religion or ethnic groups.
- OOT (Out of Topic) = Posts that do not correspond to the thread's topic.
- Requesting local links (IIX) for files.
- Asking for links or passwords that are inside Hide BBCode or that are not posted in threads :
- To know how Hide BBCode works, please read FAQ Part One point 7.
- For links or passwords that are not posted, please contact the user who provides via VM / PM. Do NOT reply the thread.
- One-liner : Posts that contain few words or short sentences. E.g. :
- "Thanks", "Thank you for the link" (Use the Thanks button instead mksh.jpg)
- "He's / She's getting better", "I like all his / her songs" and such.
- "When will he / she hold a concert in Indonesia?", "I can't attend the concert", "Too bad the concert is held that day" and such.
- "Happy Birthday", "Congratulations for the awards" etc.
- "Who are the members?", "What's the genre?", "When does the new album come out?", "What album includes this song?". Please look for information written at post #1 or at other sites (Wikipedia or Last.fm).
- Making non-quality posts in every discussion threads (marked with Discussion prefix).
- Promoting private blogs, other forums or links that redirect to harmful websites that contain : malware, 18-plus contents, SARA, treacherous idealism or any other harmful things.
- Promoting the selling and buying of goods.
- Do not make multiple posts (double / triple / quadruple and so on). Exception applies if you are separating posts with different contents (songs, albums & videos etc).
- Do not make a request outside Request & Ask Center thread.
- Do not share direct links for files that are hosted in Indowebster.com.

- URL Sharing
As stated in IDWS Forum Rules dan Details, every content that is shared must be links of Indowebster. Non-Indowebster links are allowed to be shared before the Indowebster links availability with a 10-day limitation which means non-Indowebster links will be removed if after ten days, there are no Indowebster links for contents you're sharing. Time limitation will be omitted and the non-Indowebster links you have posted before will be restored if a user posts an Indowebster link(s).
Explanation regarding non-Indowebster links and different contents (album version, bitrate, format, single / multiple links, resolution) is as follows :
- For local links (IIX) aside from Indowebster & Mediafire, this rule applies generally.
For example, a user has posted an Indowebster link for an album with description "standard edition - 320kbps". Time limitation is not used for varying contents which originate from other IIX links or Mediafire that you have given or going to give for the same album.
- For international links (IX), this rule applies specifically.
For example, a user has posted an Indowebster link for an album with description "standard edition - 320kbps". Time limitation is still used for varying contents which originate from other IX links that you have given or going to give for the same album.
- Instrumental Version & Remix Version is not categorized as varying content but considered as different content.
Notes
- If you find a post that contains contents from non-Indowebster links and you want to upload it to Indowebster, please make a new post with your Indowebster link(s) and complete information about the file.
- For removed links and replaced with, "File(s) has been removed because it has exceeded time limit. See Rules of West Music, point 6 for more info", please contact the Moderator to obtain the links.
This rule applies in every thread in West Music except Request & Ask Center.
- Hide BBCode
- The contents you are hiding must be either download links or passwords.
- Hide-Thanks : Permitted for local links (IIX), Mediafire, Google Drive, Dropbox, Putlocker & Filecloud.
You are allowed to use Hide-Thanks for international links other than sites mentioned above with condition that you upload the file by yourself. You are obliged to give an evidence proving that it is the file you upload by yourself. Of the following evidence, please select one :
- Put your username in this forum in the filename of the file you upload, e.g. linkin_park_meteora_2003-username.rar
- Use a password to lock the file. Password must be your username in this forum.
- Your username in this forum is shown on the file hosting site as the uploader.
Moderators will remove the Hide-Thanks if found any international links that are hidden within Hide-Thanks without any of the 3 things above.
- Hide-Post : Permitted for IIX links, IX links and Index Posts. The maximum values allowed are as follows :
- 50 for local links (IIX).
- 10 for international links (IX).
- Zero for Index Posts.
Notes : The lowest value of Hide-Post besides zero that's allowed to be used for IIX links is 20. You are not allowed to set the value of Hide-Post between one and 19.
- Put a brief description regarding the contents inside the Hide BBCode (E.g. Password : , Link : , etc)
- Do not put Hide-Post inside Hide-Thanks.
- Limitation of Download Link Posting and the Use of Hide BBCode
- Download links and Hide BBCodes are only allowed to be posted and used in threads with sharing nature which are Artist / Group & Collection threads, including Collections By Genre, User Collections (TS Only) & Other Collections.
- Do not post any download links or Hide BBCodes in Discussion Threads or Other Threads (marked with Discussion and Other prefixes).
You are only allowed to post a link in this subforum that redirects to the contents you're referring to.
- Post Reporting
Reporting abuse can be done in two ways :
- Via Moderator Contact Center thread.
- Via Report Post button [
].
Notes : Report Post button is only used for reporting violation of rules that are defined in IDWS Forum Rules dan Details and in this thread. Besides those two threads, it is considered as Fake Report and the user who does the report will possibly be given Fake Report Infraction.

The thread-making system in this subforum is based on Artist / Group threads, Collection threads, Discussion and Info.
Please read the following points before you make any new threads :
- To prevent double thread, please check the Thread Index (A - M | N - Z) or use the Search Forum (West Music) feature (fill the Keyword(s) box with the name of thread you're going to make and click Search Now. See the results whether the thread you're going to make already exists or not).
Notes
- Threads without a reply for 365 days will be closed automatically (please read : Auto-closed Thread). If this happens, you do not need to make the same new thread. Please contact the Moderator via PM to open the thread if you have any contents (files or news) to post.
- Double threads will be merged with or without prior notice.
- Every Artist / Group thread is obliged to have at least one album with download link(s) and the information of their Biography & Discography. Examples of Artist / Group thread with Biography & Discography :
Notes
- Please use the same format at post #1 that the two threads above use if you want to make Artist / Group thread.
- If there is no album to be shared, thread will be closed and will not be indexed.
- If you want to post singles from Artists / Groups that are not listed in Thread Index, please post in Singles Collection or New Single.
- Problematic Files Reporting
If you find any problems that prevent you from getting the file(s) you want, please do the following :
- Contact the user who provides the file via VM or PM, or
- Report the file in File / Link Error Reporting Center.
You are not allowed to report the problem you have outside File / Link Error Reporting Center. If found, the report will be deleted.
- URL Shortening Service
You are only allowed to use URL Shortening Service from these sites :

- bitly
- TinyURL.com
Moderators will remove the link or post if found any use of URL Shortening Service other than sites listed above.
