    Blum ada yang ngasih resep udang ya? nih sy punya yg paling gampang...

    Bahan:
    - 300 gr udang ukuran sedang, buang kepalanya, kupas cangkangnya, ato sisakan ekornya juga boleh
    - 1/2 sdt garam
    - 1 sdm gula
    - 100 ml air
    - minyak goreng/margarin untuk menumis

    Bumbu haluskan:
    - 5 butir bawang merah
    - 3 butir bawang putih
    - 5 buah cabe merah / cabe keriting (klo mau lebih pedas bisa ditambah jumlahnya ato tambahin cabe rawit)
    - 2 butir kemiri
    - 2 cm lengkuas

    Cara membuatnya:
    - Tumis bumbu halus sampai harum
    - Masukkan udang, aduk-aduk sampai udang berubah warna
    - Tambah air, garam, gula, aduk-aduk sampai mendidih & air berkurang lalu angkat

    Klo ada yg punya resep sederhana udang/ikan/ayam tolong share ya, biar bs lebih byk variasi masak utk suami hehe

    Mau share resep siomay tp yang gampang banget yah alias bahannya sederhana
    -Wortel ( dipotong kecil-kecil)
    -Daging ayam + udang giling
    -Bawang prey +bawang putih cincang halus
    -Garam+ gula+ telur+ merica
    Aduk semuanya sampai tercampur rata. Masukkan kedalam kulit pangsit yang sudah diletakkan didalam cetakan. Terus kukus deh. Jadi deh siomay bergizi nan murah.

    Martabak sehat
    Bawang prey
    wortel
    telur
    Bumbu gule kemasan ( cap bambu saran ane)
    garam
    merica
    Kulit pangsit
    Aduk telur+bawang prey+ wortel +garam+ merica+bumbu gule sampai tercampur rata. Lalu tuang sedikit keatas kulit pangsit yang sudah terlebih dahulu diletakkan diatas teflon.goreng.Lakukan berulang sampai semua adonan habis.

    Brownies Apel

    60 gr margarine.
    200 g gula
    1 telur, kocok
    kacang secukupnya
    2 apel dipotong kecil-kecil
    1 cup of flour.
    1/2 sdt of baking powder.
    1/2 sdt of baking soda.
    1/2 sdt garam.
    1/2 sdt kayu manis


    1. Mixer gula dan margarin sampai halus.
    2. Kocok telur sampai mengembang (pake kocokan saja) lalu campurkan ke margarin dan gula.
    3. Tambahkan kacang dan apel.
    4. Masukkan tepung, baking soda, soda kue, kayu manis, garam, aduk dengan spatula.
    5. Masukkan ke dalam loyang yang sudah dibubuhi mentega.
    6. Panggang 180 C selama 40 menit.

    resep capcay ala kadarnya

    ingredients:
    -wortel 1 batang potong2 rata sesuai selera
    -sawi ijo & sawi putih masing 2-3 helai atau sesuai selera potong rata
    -daun bawang & seledri.. setengah batang aj potong rata
    -bakso ikan/sapi sesuai selera potong rata
    -bawang putih 1 siung bisa dikeprak atau cincang halus
    -3 bawang merah cincang halus/1 bawang bombay kecil potong rata
    -garam, merica, kaldu bubuk (royco) secukupnya
    -sedikit minyak goreng utk menumis
    -margarin 1 sendok makan
    -air secukupnya
    *bisa ditambahkan ayam fillet/daging fillet/ati ampela/telur dan sayur lainnya

    cara membuat:
    -panaskan minyak di wajan lalu masukkan margarin
    -masukkan bakso/daging/telur masak hingga matang/berubah warna
    -masukkan bwg merah atu bombay kemudian bwg putih, tumis hingga harum dan bwg putih kecoklatan
    -masukkan sayur yg keras terlebih dahulu seperti wortel kemudian masukkan air secukupnya sampai mendidih dan wortel agak empuk
    -masukkan sayur lain, daun bawang & seledri, garam, merica, dan kaldu bubuk, lalu tumis hingga matang
    -sajikan di piring/mangkok, bisa ditaburi bwg goreng di atasnya

    catatan:
    - dimasak di api kecil hingga sedang
    - sayuran jgn dimasak terlalu lama nanti jadinya terlalu layu dan kandungan vitamin berkurang banyak
    - jika suka capcay kuah, air bisa ditambah
